The hotel was a great base for enjoying a quiet area, close to Houston. The rooms turned out to be well-kept and wonderful with the TV, the fridge. I had a microwave and a fridge. The atmosphere created was quiet. The staff was amiable plus the location was particularly good. Also, it was 5 min drive from Brookwood. Here I spent 1 night and appreciated being in this place...

Everybody was extremely friendly.

The location was ideal on we-10 and the staff here was exceptionally nice. The king room with the TV and the fridge accommodated us perfectly. We had a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the bathroom.

Dont expect much. Not super clean.

The facility was disgusting. There were lots of bugs in the eating area, not that you could eat the food (cereal-but no milk), stale food. The towels were supposedly white, but they were brown and stiff as a board. There were no switch plates on any outlet. I've heard of using tape to hold things up, but they used big screws to hold everything up, including the mirrors, vent cover. The room was never vacuumed, walls were dirty. Security lock was broken. Couldn't complain because no employee spoke English.

Overall, this place was a fantastic spot to stay while exploring around. the room was great, and let me tell you, that bed was like sleeping on a cloud! the staff here were super friendly whenever you needed them. 😊

The facility was poorly maintained. The first room had serious evidence of past water damage and smelled musty. Repairs that had been done were amateurish. The shower nozzle did not work. The smoke detector was missing. Cable tv reception was terrible. There was no shampoo in the room. There were no free newspapers as advertised. The water in the pool was green.

The swimming pool was green. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment. There were leaks in the main lobby in the area where breakfast was served and the whole place smelt. The pillows on one of the beds in our room had to be changed as they were stained brown and smelt. I would certainly not recommend it to anyone else. A complete waste of money

If your mother doesn't understand the phrase, "I have a reservation," perhaps you should find another job for her and hire an English speaker for front desk work. I also did not appreciate her cackling as I checked out.

It was stated on the website that this was a new and upgraded hotel. In reality the only thing new was the sign. We walked in the hotel and walked out. All I thought in my head was bed bugs. The room smelled stale, the floors were dirty and the bed linens looked greasy. This place was a dump. We went to a chain hotel down the street. If you like clean; this place is not for you.
